Established in 2017, Shivsamarth Associates in Kolhapur District is a stockist of Ultratech Cement & pioneered its first V.S.I Crushed Sand Plant in Western Maharashtra. Along with manufacturing and marketing of crushed sand, it also supplies construction material such as steel bars, cement, and river sand.

Shivsamarth Group is soundly diversified with its versatile ventures – Rice Mill, Cage Culture under the visionary leadership of founder and managing director Mr. Vishal Jadhav. The group is expanding and exploring new horizons of future business in floating feed industry by the name "Pro Indo Aqua Fish Feed."
